Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BID NO.: 22-0150-2 2025-033 OWNER: DERBY DESTINATION DEVELOPMENT, LLC ADDRESS: 10601 Mission Road, Leawood, KS 66206 Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of: Star Bond North Interceptor Sewer Project – Gravity Sewer & Lift Station to serve DERBY, SEDGWICK COUNTY, KANSAS will be received by the City of Derby, Kansas at City Hall, 611 Mulberry, Derby, Kansas 67037 until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 and then at said office will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project is briefly described as follows: The project includes a variety of civil infrastructure improvements including but not limited to the following: construction of a lift station, approximately 70 LF of 12-inch force main at the southeast corner of the development, approximately 6,260 LF of gravity sewer pipe to serve the property and properties on the west of N Amber Ridge Street and north of E.
