Project Description

The Kenton County Airport Board ("KCAB") is seeking bids for a contractor to supply the necessary parts and supplies for its Fleet Maintenance Department to efficiently maintain the vehicle fleet operating at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport ("CVG"). This procurement is crucial to ensure the continuous operational readiness of all KCAB vehicles, which support critical airport functions. The ideal contractor will be able to consistently meet KCAB's preferred 24-hour turnaround time for part delivery. The successful vendor will be expected to deliver a full spectrum of both OEM and approved aftermarket maintenance items quickly and reliably, allowing the Fleet Maintenance team to minimize vehicle downtime and uphold the highest standards of safety and service.

INVITATION TO BID

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE PARTS AND SUPPLIES (25-071-ITB)

Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 424.260, the Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) will receive

bids for Vehicle Maintenance Parts and Supplies at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Int’l Airport

(“CVG”). Bids will be received no later than Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 2:00 pm. No bids will

be accepted after that time unless such date or time is extended pursuant to an addendum issued

by KCAB.

KCAB reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal or bid guaranty, to

reject any or all bids, to award or refrain from awarding a contract for the work, and to negotiate

with the apparent qualified responsible proposer to such extent as may be beneficial to KCAB.

Preference for Kentucky resident bidders will be applied in accordance with Kentucky law.

KCAB in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42

U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively

ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business

enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and

will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for

an award.
