Description: The City of Hutto, TX is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive third-party construction inspection services for public infrastructure and capital improvement projects within the City of Hutto, TX. These services are required to ensure that all construction activities are performed in accordance with approved plans, project specifications, applicable codes, and the adopted standards of the City of Hutto, TX. The selected firm will act as an extension of City of Hutto, TX staff, providing independent and objective oversight throughout the construction process from pre-construction through project closeout. The City of Hutto, TX anticipates a range of projects that may include roadway improvements, drainage and stormwater infrastructure, water and wastewater system improvements, utility relocations, site development, and other municipal capital improvement projects. The scope of services described herein is intended to cover the full spectrum of inspection and quality assurance activities required to protect the public interest and verify compliance with all applicable requirements.
