St. Louis County ("County") is seeking proposals from hospital systems or academic institutions located in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area to provide clinical primary care services to patients utilizing County's three community health centers. Contractors able to provide substance use disorder treatment services in addition to primary care are preferred.
