Overview

Summary

The Board of Commissioners for Charles County are hereby requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, material, tools, and equipment necessary to perform grounds maintenance services for County-owned buildings, parks, and lot sites throughout Charles County. The County may elect to contract with more than one Contractor.

The current sites to be serviced are comprised of the following:

• A. Area I County Buildings & Parks Waldorf/East - 10 sites
• B. Area II County Buildings & Parks La Plata - 10 sites
• C. Area III County Building & Parks West/Indian Head, Port Tobacco

Questions shall be submitted via the eProcurement Portal Question & Answer feature prior to the due date and time specified. The County will not provide responses to questions received after the deadline.
