The City of Coachella would like to offer your business an opportunity to submit a bid to be the Beer Garden Operator for the annual Coachella Mariachi Festival event on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

The following are the minimum requirements for the Beer Garden Operator:

• Provide proof of current Coachella Business License.
• Show proof of current insurance coverage.
• Provide copy of current ABC License.

Upon selection, the awarded Beer Garden Operator will be responsible for the following:

• Provide $300.00 Participation Fee
• Secure and pay complete insurance (dram shop, hazard, liability) coverage for the event listing the City as additionally insured.
• Obtain Special Event liquor permits (Type 77) to sell alcohol as required by the State of California.
• Secure adequate supplies of beer, wine, cups and ice to accommodate 1500-2500 people.
• Have one service station running from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm on the day of the event and station set up to include tenting needed, tables and chairs.

HOURS OF OPERATIONS: Beer Garden Operator must remain open and be prepared to serve patrons during the following contracted hours, regardless of weather conditions: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

ON-SITE STORAGE: There will be NO storage allowed outside or behind any Beer Garden Operator booth for any supplies, equipment or inventory. This is to uphold the aesthetics of the event, as well as for your security.

SITE INSPECTION: Vendor must comply with all health, sanitation and fire regulations as mandated by the State of California and the Riverside County of Environmental Health. Beer Garden Operator is responsible for returning their vending area to its original condition.

ELECTRICITY: No other form of generator or electrical service other than that provided by the City of Coachella is permitted. City of Coachella does not guarantee any last minute changes.

TRASH: You are responsible for keeping your area clean. Trash, cartons, and boxes must be taken to the trash dumpsters.

MARKETING: City of Coachella encourages restaurants/food vendors to bring additional marketing materials, such as menus, business cards and catering information.

SELECTION: Signed and returned RFP forms will entered into a lottery drawing on February 27, 2025 4:00PM at the Corporate Yard located at 53462 Enterprise Way, Coachella, CA, 92236.

La ciudad de Coachella desea ofrecerle a su empresa la oportunidad de presentar una oferta para ser el operador del Beer Garden para el evento anual Coachella Mariachi Festival el Sábado 22 de Marzo de 2025 de 4:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m.

Los siguientes son los requisitos mínimos para el Operador de Beer Garden:

• Proporcione prueba de la licencia comercial actual de Coachella.
• Mostrar prueba de cobertura de seguro actual.
• Proporcionar copia de la Licencia ABC actual.

Tras la selección, el Operador de Beer Garden premiado será responsable de lo siguiente:

• Proporcione una tarifa de $ 300.00
• Asegurar y pagar la cobertura completa del seguro (tienda de bebitas, desechos peligrosos, responsabilidad civil) para el evento que incluya a la Ciudad como asegurada adicionalmente.
• Obtener permisos de licor para Eventos Especiales (Tipo 77) para vender alcohol según lo exige el Estado de California.
• Asegurar suministros adecuados de cerveza, vino, vasos y hielo para acomodar de 1500 a 2500 personas.
• Tener una estación de servicio funcionando de 4:00 pm a 8:00 pm el día del evento y estación configurada para incluir tiendas de campaña necesarias, mesas y sillas.

HORARIO DE OPERACIONES: El operador de Beer Garden debe permanecer abierto y estar preparado para atender a los clientes durante las siguientes horas contratadas, independientemente de las condiciones climáticas: 4:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m.

UNIDADES DE ALMACENAMIENTO EN EL LOCAL: NO se permitirá el almacenamiento fuera o detrás de ningún puesto del Operador de Beer Garden para ningún articulo, equipo o inventario. Esto es para mantener la estética y limpieza del evento, así como para su propia seguridad.

INSPECCIÓN DEL LOCAL: El proveedor debe cumplir con todas las normas de salud, sanidad, higiene, e incendios según lo dispuesto por el Estado de California y el Condado de Riverside de Salud Ambiental. El Operador de Beer Garden es responsable de entregar su área de venta a su condición original.

ELECTRICIDAD: No se permite ninguna otra forma de generador o servicio eléctrico que no sea proporcionado por la Ciudad de Coachella. La ciudad de Coachella no garantiza ningún cambio de última hora.

BASURA: Usted es responsable de mantener su área limpia. La basura, los cartones y las cajas deben llevarse a los basureros.

MARKETING: La ciudad de Coachella anima a los restaurantes/vendedores de alimentos a que traigan materiales de marketing adicionales, como menús, tarjetas de presentación e información sobre sus servicios de comida y bebidas.
