PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK: Provide upgrades and improvements to two existing parking lots

on the Avery Point Campus. Improvements include new pavement and striping, new lighting, EV charging

stations, Security cameras and utility work including Low Impact Design stormwater improvements.
