Notes	The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a consultant to provide a Waterline Replacement Prioritization Report.  The consultant must provide a prioritized list of waterline improvements to be completed between 2028 and 2038 to meet the goal of no more than 11 breaks per 100-mile of pipe per year by 2038.
