Notes	The City of Lancaster (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, or corporations (“Vendors”) to establish a multi-year contract for landscape maintenance and irrigation services. The selected Vendor will provide comprehensive services, including all necessary equipment and labor, to maintain medians and other City-owned sites (“Services”). The City requires ongoing landscape maintenance and irrigation management for these areas. Services shall include all labor, materials, and supplies needed to perform routine landscape bed maintenance, chemical applications, mulching, irrigation system management, and additional on-demand landscape services. The City’s goal is to maintain a clean, orderly, and visually appealing environment throughout all City quadrants in order to deter dumping and other undesirable activities.
