Scope of Services
HCPS intends, through this solicitation, to identify qualified Contractor(s). The provision of goods and services under this RFP includes providing roofing and other sheet metal fabrication and installation services, including but not limited to repairs, renovation, upgrades, and maintenance. The sheet metal work will include all sheet metal work related to roofing on commercial facilities, including coping caps, edge metal, panel metal, gutters, downspouts, metal canopy repairs with welded inside and outside seams, awnings, and other miscellaneous work. Aluminum, stainless steel, and copper are the most used metals. Welding, pop riveting, and related sealant work are all required. The work to be done under this agreement includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, applicable paperwork, and related items necessary to complete requests in accordance with the specifications herein.
