Description: VILLAGE OF IRVINGTON REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CONTRACTED ARCHITECT FOR IRVINGTON ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD CONTRACT #: 2025-30 NOTICE TO BIDDERS Request for Proposals for a contracted architect for the Irvington Architectural Review Board will be received by the Irvington Village Administrator’s office until 12PM on Monday, January 19, 2026.  Respondents shall submit proposals in accordance with the submittal guidelines in the RFP. The RFP document and all information relative thereto may be secured at the Irvington Village Clerk's Office or downloaded from www.irvingtonny.gov.  There is no cost for the Request for Proposal document.  The Village will not be responsible for full or partial sets of contract documents, including any addenda obtained from any other source. The Village of Irvington reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids; or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
