LEGAL NOTICE FOR BIDS

Graves County Fiscal Court will accept bids for:

Class 2 Bituminous Asphalt material, with a tapered approach, price per ton, laid in place.
Class 2 – ½” mix Bituminous Asphalt material, price per ton, pick up

This material shall conform to the Kentucky Bureau of Highways specifications. This bid will require patch paving in some areas, the width of the road and length of less than 100 feet.

This material is for use for the period of July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026.

Sealed bids will be accepted in the Office of the Graves County Judge Executive, 1102 Paris Road, Suite 2, Mayfield, KY 42066 until Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM at which time bids will be opened and read. Bids will be awarded at the Graves County Fiscal Court Meeting April 28, 2025 at 9:00 AM located at the Purchase Area Development District.

Graves County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
