Project Description: Hillsborough County Capital Programs Department is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction work for the Southshore Library Renovations and Southshore Library Restroom Renovations includes a three-phased interior renovation within the existing 37,238 SF Southshore Library located at 15816 Beth Shields Way, Ruskin, FL. estimated at $2,332,846.00.
DM/DWBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 16% has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors.
To be given consideration, questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Solicitation issuance in Bonfire, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later as stated in Paragraph 4.7 of the Contract Terms and Conditions Document.
