Please attach a complete menu of proposed beverages and food items for the daily golfers,the sit down restaurant and catering services (events/outings) along with a sales price for eachitem, and if sales tax will be included in price or added at time of purchase, if a service chargeor gratuity will be added to catering services. This menu will be used by the Village as acomponent of the decision-making process. Please consider adding healthy options to themenu, such as grilled chicken or salad.3013. The minimum Concession regular operating hours are as follows:Operational HoursDuring the term of the Concession Agreement, the Vendor shall remain open for business,and its staff shall be on duty during the minimum hours required by the Agreement. Marchthrough mid-November the hours of operation are approximately one hour after sunrise untildusk. The Vendor may not vary from these minimum hours of operations without the expressapproval of the General Manager of the Golf Club. The Vendor shall be permitted to exceedthe minimum hours with the permission of the General Manager and so long as the extendedhours comply with Village of Glencoe’s business and liquor service ordinances.•The minimum operational hours of the Concession will vary during the golf seasonand the off-season.• The Vendor will be expected to operate the restaurant and the bar daily Marchthrough mid-November to accommodate the golf season. The exact hours willfluctuate based on sunrise/sunset times. Minimally expect to operate onehour after sunrise to sunset. The Vendor will be expected to operate the bar in the off season, 12 months ayear to accommodate patrons viewing sports events and using thesimulators. Mid-November through February days of operation and menuofferings may decrease based on demand and by permission of the Owner.The Vendor should minimally expect to be operational for lunch and dinnerservice and to accommodate simulator use (leagues).The golf menu, banquet, and beverage cart services are expected to operateaccording to demand and a set schedule, with specific terms to be finalized duringnegotiation of the Concession Agreement.Please confirm you are aware of the required minimum regular operation hours identified above?Yes________ No _______3114.
