**UPDATE**

The walkthrough for 18th February, Quote for Pest Control is cancelled since bad weather is in the forecast. A new walkthrough is scheduled for Monday, February 24, 2025 at 11:00 at the Commissioner’s Office.

RE: Quote for: “Pest Control” - REVISED

Newton County is accepting quotes for pest control for Newton County Buildings.

IMPORTANT
Mandatory Walk-Through onsite is on February 18, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Newton County Courthouse, Commissioner’s Office, 101 S. Wood Street, Neosho, MO 64850.

SPECIFICATION

Pest Control/Spraying at a monthly basis:
Sheriff Department and CDC 911.

Pest Control/Spraying on a quarterly basis:
Newton County Courthouse.
Judicial Center.
911 Building.
Museum.
Sheriff and Jail.
40th Circuit Court Annex Building.

Also spraying outside the buildings, and at special occasions when necessary.

Quotes shall be clearly marked “Pest Control” and shall be mailed or hand delivered to:

Responses shall be mailed, shipped or delivered in a manner to be received by the Newton County Commission no later than 10:30 am Thursday, March 6, 2025, at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the quotes. Any quote not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County reserves the right to reject any and/or all quotes. The Newton County Commission will not accept calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed quotes. Questions relating to this quote shall be referred to Presiding Commissioner Daniel Swem, Tel. 417 592 9383.
