Summary

Montgomery County, Ohio, is requesting proposals for PP-2026-0025 , Job Center Decommissioning, Clearing, and Transition Support . All submissions are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 .

Montgomery County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide building clearing, removal, disposal, relocation support, and related transition services associated with the County’s relocation of the Montgomery County Job Center located at 1111 S Edwin C Moses Blvd, Dayton, OH 45417. The objective is to return the facility in an orderly, vacant condition consistent with existing lease requirements. The approximate square foot area of this project is 187,000 SF.
