All bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Room 602, 1420 Miner Street, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016 until 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 18, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 101.

Prerequisite:	Every prospective bidder is required to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 11, 2025, at the City of Des Plaines Public Works Department, 1111 Joseph Schwab Rd., Des Plaines to review the scope of the Work and the project specifications.
