Description: The City of Fort Madison, Iowa is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, and corporations to select a developer of city-owned property located in five open lots of 1320,1324,1328,1330, and 1334 Avenue H. The City has acquired the properties presented in this request and have removed all buildings and other items that were on the properties to create an open space for development.
