Description

The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base intends to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract for a Convection Steamer for the David Grant Meidcal Center. See Salient Characteristics/Specifications for exact type and quantity and services requested. This is a Full and Open Competition opportunity.

Site Visit Details

Date: 4 December 2024

Time: 1330

Meeting Location: Travis AFB Visitor Center, Bldg. 599, Air Base Pkwy Travis AFB, CA 94535.

Please confirm if you plan to attend the site visit no later than 3 December 2024 12:00 PM PST.

Negative responses are not required.

Vendors attending the site visit should arrive to the Travis Air Force Base Visitor Center no later

than 1315 to afford time to process background checks in order to attain a base pass. Please see the

attached guides: TAFB Security - Jan 2024 and TAFB Security - Installation Access Disqualifiers

for further details outlining the documents needed. Individuals that do not possess a REAL ID must

present two (2) forms of identification. No more than 2 attendees per company. Failure to bring

the appropriate documentation will result in your inability to get a base pass to attend the site

visit. No other dates or times will be offered to view the site.

Please route any questions following the site visit to Mr. Teninty, Ms. Diggs, and Ms. Rosendo no later than

12:00 PM PST on Friday, 6 December 2024. Questions submitted past this deadline will not be accepted. No

exceptions.
