The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Education (MDE), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 mos. with Nutri Link Technologies, Inc. (“Nutri Link”) for continued, uninterrupted access and management of the Summer EBT (SEBT) Online Application & Eligibility Platform.

Nutri-Link’s SEBT offers a range of services to MDE staff and school parents, including, but not limited to: meal ordering, fee collection, processing of free and reduced applications, and dismissal management. Nutri-Link retains exclusive ownership, copyright, and trademark of their proprietary SEBT cloud services, maintenance, and support. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
