Alcohol and Substance Abuse Testing

The City invites qualified Third-Party Administrators (TPA) with the expertise, license, and qualifications to administer alcohol and substance abuse testing services on behalf of the City to submit a proposal in response to the requirements stated within. All vendors are expected to be knowledgeable of the most current and future testing requirements and be able to provide the required services.
