Process MBE SET ASIDE OPPORTUNITY Section 125.081 of the Ohio Revised Code requires State agencies to set-aside purchases for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) . Only MBE will be considered for award. CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY See attached (ad hoc) solicitation document/contract draft for specifications, requirements, terms and conditions.  If selected, bidder shall execute contract document (items in red will be changed prior to award). INVITATION TO BID INSTRUCTIONS Instructions, Terms and Conditions for Bidding (revised 01/29/26, attached) apply to this solicitation. STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached)  apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract.
