Foxborough MA.  The estimated construction cost is $16,500,000.  DCAMM Certification is required. Bid Documents will be available starting at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at www.accentblueprints.com . Drawings and specifications may be viewed and downloaded free of charge; registration with a valid email is required to create a free account and be added to the plan holders list to receive addenda. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM local time at 1421 Central Ave., Needham, MA. After the meeting, a walk around the premises will occur. All bidders are encouraged to attend. All General Bid and Filed-Sub-bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the value of the bid. Bid deposits, payable to the ”Town of Needham”  shall be in the form of either a BID BOND, or a CERTIFIED or TREASURER’S CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company.  Cash and company checks are not acceptable. Filed Sub-Bids are required for the following trades: MASONRY, MISC.
