Bid Title:	RFQ ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES

Description: The City of Grover Beach (City) submits this RFQ to solicit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified firms or individuals (herein referred to as “consultants”) to provide Professional Design Services related to the City’s various capital improvement projects.  The professional design services may involve all phases of a project including the design, construction, project closeout and dispute resolution phases. Publication Date/Time: 4/9/2026 8:00 AM Closing Date/Time: 5/7/2026 2:00 PM Contact Person: Inquiries shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Todd Bartolome at: tbartolome@groverbeach.org. The cutoff time that the City will accept inquiries is 5:00 p.m. on the fifth business day (Thursday, April 30th) prior to the proposal opening date. The City will respond to inquiries via addenda. Any such inquiries submitted after the cutoff time of receiving proposer's inquiries, will not be treated as a bid protest. Plan & Spec Available: Proposal Forms may be inspected at the Public Works Office in Grover Beach, California, and copies of said documents may be obtained through https://www.groverbeach.org/bids.aspx.
