Project Description

Interested offerors should pay special attention to the scheduled pre-proposal conference portion in each of the requests. Submitted proposals shall not be publicly opened. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the proposal number and deadline date clearly indicated on the bottom left hand side of the front of the envelope. The contents of any proposal shall not be disclosed during any negotiations that may occur. All proposals shall be valid until contract is awarded. Pre-Bid/Pre-Proposal Conference 01/14/2025 11:00:00 AM A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at the Project Site – see directions below. Directions: From Santa Fe take US 84 West to Espanola, NM. From Espanola, follow NM-68 N/S West to Taos NM. At Taos, turn left onto NM 522 North and follow it to just two miles before Questa, NM where you will turn left on Highway 515. Red River Hatchery is located approximately 2 miles from NM 522 and at the end of Highway 515.
