Description: The City ofMarlborough, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Prime Contractors/ General Contractors (GC) and Filed Sub-Bidders (FSB) for JAWOREK SCHOOL EMERGENCY GENERATOR PROJECT at Charles Jaworek Elementary School located at 444 Hosmer Street in Marlborough, MA; Project PF 2025-05 in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Context Studios LLC. The project consists of providing and installing a new diesel-powered stand-by emergency generator and related work including site preparation, reinforced concrete slabs, footings and flat work along with other site improvements including a chain link fence and platform for maintenance access and all associated and necessary work to complete the project as indicated on these Contract Documents.
