SummaryThe City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for GfG multi-gas monitors, repair and replacement parts, accessories, and services for a five-year contract commencing on or about May 1, 2026 , in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the “Effective Date” which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later.

BackgroundThe City of Phoenix Water Services Department relies on multi-gas monitors to protect employees working in hazardous environments such as confined spaces, sewer lines, and vaults where dangerous gases may be present. These monitors are critical for ensuring compliance with OSHA and safety standards, preventing exposure to toxic or explosive gases, and maintaining safe operations.
