Overview

Summary

Construction of a 90 gpm submersible lift station, 1,000 LF of sanitary sewer between 4000 and 4076 Heutte Drive, and 2,100 LF of sanitary force main. Installation of private sewer laterals and one private grinder station to connect 16 properties from 4000 to 4076 Heutte Drive to the sanitary sewer and abandonment of septic system tanks at each property are included.
