No. Shelby County does not maintain or release a plan holder list; however, thesign-in sheet for the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be posted.Q-2. Would it be acceptable to bid a single playground structure that accommodates both 2-5and 5-12 years of age?A-2. No. Two separate playgrounds are required.Q-3. Does the County know if the existing playground structure meets code?A-3. No. An assessment of the existing structure against current codes has not beenconducted.Q-4. Does the County require new tabletops and cooking grills at all the existing park pavilions?A-4. The County has requested unit pricing for these alternatives, as the total numberto be replaced has not been determined.Q-5. Looking through the bid documents for this job, I see that there is a mandatory pre-bidmeeting that we missed. Would it be acceptable for our local sales representative to make aseparate site visit?A-5.
