Overview

Summary

The Greenville County Twin Chimney's Landfill is seeking bids from companies which can provide clearing, grubbing and grinding of approximately 13.6 acres of land. The property is located at Twin Chimney's Landfill, 11075 Augusta Road, Honea Path, SC 29654. The ground material can be stockpiled within the area of the clearing/grubbing. Burning is not allowed.

Background

The purpose of this project is to remove the trees and stumps near the Construction & Demolition (C&D) Landfill disposal area. Once the trees are removed, the County will excavate the area to obtain soil for operations and future expansion of the C&D landfill.
