NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received by the City of Clearlake (“City”) electronically through the City of Clearlake’s ("City") electronic bidding website (“OpenGov Procurement”), until 3:00 pm, Monday, November 3, 2025. Proposals may not be submitted by fax, email, telephone, mail, hand delivery, or other means; any proposals received through any means other than OpenGov Procurement will be returned to the proposer unopened.

The City of Clearlake intends to award a three (3) year contract for HVAC Services for City Owned Facilities not to exceed $50,000 over the term of the contract.
