Integrated Pest Management

NOTICE OF INVITATION

Notice is hereby given that Fresno Unified School District (DISTRICT) is soliciting Request for Proposals for RFP No. 26-01 , Integrated Pest Management . The Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program for DISTRICT schools and facilities . This solicitation will result in a three-year contract term with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods.

A Pre-conference regarding statement of qualifications submittal is scheduled Thursday, December 4, 2025 at  9:00 AM .  The virtual Pre-conference will be hosted via Teams with options to join in online or over the phone.  Instructions are posted on Procureware.

Proposals must be submitted electronically on Procureware, the District’s online purchasing portal, no later than 2:00 P.M. on December 17, 2025 . Late proposals will not be accepted.
