The AUTHORITY hereby invites interested professional consulting engineering firms ("CONSULTANT" or "CONSULTANTS") to submit a Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") for CONSTRUCTION MONITORING SERVICES FOR THE BEN FRANKLIN BRIDGE DECK RESURFACING AND FINGER JOINT REHABILITATION, CONTRACT NO. BF-64-2025 (the "Project"). This public advertisement constitutes the AUTHORITY’s formal solicitation to determine the interest of qualified firms in the aforementioned Project.
