Description: The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for interested, qualified, and licensed firms to provide Real Estate Services for the marketing and potential sale of several county-owned parcels known as the James City County Palmer Complex located at 5300, 5320, and 5340 Palmer Lane, Williamsburg, VA 23188 This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides the opportunity for any interested individual or organization (hereinafter referred to as an “Offeror” or Vendor) to submit proposals to James City County who is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms/individuals to provide Real Estate Services for the marketing and potential sale of a county-owned parcel the James City County Palmer Complex and to obtain proposals from qualified and experienced Real Estate Broker’s as described in the Scope of Work outlined below. The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by the Owner’s designated representative.
