Description: The City of Siloam Springs, AR will be accepting unpriced technical proposals for 2026 Chemicals to be used at the Water Treatment Plant, 2600 S Carl St., and the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 975 Anderson Ave., Siloam Springs, AR until 2:00 PM CT on December 12, 2025.
