Description: RFP 26-01 Notification: The Township of Sparta is soliciting proposals in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, et seq. Sealed RFP responses will be received by the Purchasing Agent on February 20, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time in the Front Conference Room at the Township Municipal Building, 65 Main Street Sparta, NJ 07871 at which time and place responses will be opened and read for: RFP #26-01 LANDFILL GROUNDWATER SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS RFP responses must be made on the standard proposal forms, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the respondent and the“RFP TITLE NAME & RFP #” on the outside, addressed to Christy Rehe, Purchasing Agent, at the address above sent to the CLERK’S OFFICE. All respondents are responsible for timely delivery of their submission.
