Overview

Summary

The scope of work includes widening SW 30th Street between University Drive and College Avenue to accommodate a combination of shared and designated bike lanes, constructing new ADA compliant sidewalks, modifying and constructing new drainage facilities. The scope will also includes milling, resurfacing, reconstruction and road widening, pavement markings and signage, tree mitigation, fire hydrant relocations, irrigation repairs, and swale and sod restoration. The estimated budget for this project is $2,800,000.

Pre-Bid Conference (Mandatory):

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 10:00 am, at Pine Island Multipurpose Center, located at 3801 S Pine Island Rd, Davie, FL 33328. In order to be eligible to respond to this solicitation, bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference.

The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation.
