Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of said City invites and will receive sealed proposals (bids) up to the hour of 2:00 P.M. on June 5, 2025, the furnishing to said City of all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, permits, utilities, and other items necessary to construct said work. At said time, said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of the City Clerk, 1015 Eleventh Avenue Delano, California 93215 Bids shall conform to and be responsive to the Contract Documents for the work. Copies of the Contract Documents are on file and available at the City of Delano Engineering Department, at the above address. General Description of Work: The work involves reconstruction of existing roadway pavement, reconstruction of existing shoulders including construction of HMA dike and overside drain, installation of Guardrails, reconstruction and hydro-seeding of slope, reconstruction of street lights and other miscellaneous improvements and appurtenances as described in the project plans and specifications.
