B. The bidder is hereby notified that Invitation for Bid 6038 is clarified as follows:

1. Can the details of the project be shared?

a. This solicitation is not based on a project but based on the needs of

the departments on campus. Orders will be made on an as needed basis.

2. Will the University allow other brands not listed on Exhibit A?

a. Yes, the University is willing to review the submissions of different brands

if they meet the specifications of the IFB and do not contain particle

board materials.

C. The IFB opening date and time will remain the same.

All other terms and conditions of Invitation for Bid 6038 remain the same. If you
