Project Description: 1411997846 (IFB) NGS N03 Closed Cooling Water Heat Exchanger Plate Pack Change Out

JEA is seeking proposals to supply and install new (in kind) titanium plate pack for N03 CCW heat exchanger. Upgrade gasket material to EDPM type and add 56 additional plates to the current count of plates for additional cooling, total plates 442. Installation during the fall 2025 N03 outage, 10/20/2025 - 10/27/2025.
