For the demolition of structure(s), and clean-up of area at the following location(s): BID PACKAGE 1: 101 S Sergeant Ave (garage only) 206 S. Park Ave BID PACKAGE 2: 1509 S. Picher Ave 2027 S. Bird Ave Specifications are on file in the office of the Planning & Community Development Manager, 602 S. Main Street 4th Floor. Bids must be in the hand of the Planning & Community Development department on or before 10:30 A.M. on Monday, June 15, 2026 . The successful bidder will be required to be licensed, Bonded and insured as a contractor of the City of Joplin, Missouri. The Planning & Community Development Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest or best bid.
