Notes	The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting bids for beet juice-derived liquids for anti-icing and pre-treatment of roadways for the 2026-2027 winter season. This is a requirements-type contract where there is no guarantee of the actual quantity to be purchased during the term of the contract. Except in the case of delivery timing, product efficacy, or product compatibility noted below, if the City has a requirement during the contract term the awarded vendor will receive the City’s order for the product. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.  Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
