Description: The City of Framingham is seeking a qualified Architectural/Engineering (AE) Design Services Firm to provide Design Services for work to the Loring Arena, 110 Dudley Street, Framingham, MA. RFQ documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet portal www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham Please register your company to obtain these documents RFQ documents will be available on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 after 10:00 AM on Bidnet.    Proposals shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham A non-mandatory pre-site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 20, 2025 at the Loring Arena located at 110 Dudley Street, Framingham, MA 01702. Attendees should meet in the parking lot. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
