Description: The Town of Lexington seeks proposals for the lease of space at the Ellen Stone Building, located at 735 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA 02420. The Town seeks a lessee that will assume the building in its current condition and be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the approximately 3,000 square foot building. The Town is offering a five-year lease with three optional five-year extensions for a potential 20-year lease. Responses are due no later than 11:00 AM on Monday, December 8, 2025 (deadline extended via addendum #3) and must be delivered to: Town Office Building- Purchasing Office 1625 Massachusetts Ave Lexington, MA 02420 RFP documents may be obtained by completing the fields below. A tour of the property will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 10 AM. The selected proposer must file a disclosure of beneficial interests with DCAMM. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it's in the public interest to do so.
