Notes	The United Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a motivational speaker to speak at its annual Parent Learning Summit event and to McKinney-Vento Migrant High School Students & Administration/Principals the day before. The contracted vendor/speaker will speak at two different events, held on two different days back to back. This is a one-time bid and is an all-or-none bid. Vendors/Speakers who submit a qualifying proposal (i.e., agreement to all bid attributes and specifications, submission of one inclusive price, and summary of presentation) may be asked to submit further documentation. Failure to submit a presentation summary may result in disqualification. Virtual interviews may be requested if needed. Only vendors/speakers who are able to fulfill the scope of work stated in these specifications will be considered for evaluation.
