Description: The City of Missoula requires bidders submit electronic bids as prescribed on the City’s electronic bidding site, www.questcdn.com or www.ci.missoula.mt.us/bids . The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items: Install approximately 1,100 LF of new ductile iron water main within Kensington Ave from Oxford Street to Stephens Ave Tie-ins with existing water mains Install fire hydrant Bore water main Surfacing and landscape repair Work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications Publication Date/Time: 2/3/2025 8:00 AM Publication Information: February 1, February 8 Closing Date/Time: 2/20/2025 2:00 PM Submittal Information: Quest CDN Contact Person: Questions regarding the project manual, drawings and specifications shall be directed to the Engineer: WGM Group, Inc. at 1111 East Broadway, Missoula, MT 59802 via phone at (406) 728.4611 or email at dhover@wgmgroup.com. Questions submitted after 12:00 p.m. (noon), local time, on Friday, February 14th, 2025 are not guaranteed to be answered before the bid due date and time. Special Requirements: Prospective Bidders must purchase contract documents through QuestCDN. QuestCDN is a web-based platform for construction project advertisements. Electronic Plan Download and electronic bidding can be completed through QuestCDN for a fee of $42.00. Use QuestCDN project number (#9497798) to locate the job on the QuestCDN website search page. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective bidder who has not purchased contract documents through QuestCDN. Miscellaneous: A mandatory digital Pre-Bid Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams. 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, February 12th, 2025. Interested CONTRACTORS are required to attend.
