	Title Mill Creek Stormwater Pond Retrofit D91563 Solicitation Type Construction Solicitation Status Active Buyer Mark Hoge Email mark.hoge@kingcounty.gov Synopsis This project provides for the improvement of King County owned facility D91563 by retrofitting the current detention pond facility to improve the pond’s flow control function through an increase in the detention volume, improve the pond’s water quality treatment function and provide the associated downstream benefits. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, grading, tree removal, removing and replacing stormwater structures, installing stormwater pipes, connecting to existing structures, restoring sidewalks and roadway pavement, erosion control, landscape planting, temporary traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the attached Plans, these Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, the KCRDCS, and the WSDOT Standard Plans for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. Addendum Description Addendum 1 has been issued. Suppliers must acknowledge all addenda before submitting a response. If a supplier has already submitted a response, they MUST log into the E-Procurement Supplier Portal, acknowledge the addendum, and resubmit.
