Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS CITY OF NEWTON, IOWA PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Sealed bids for the work comprising the improvement as stated below must be filed before 11:00 am on October 23rd, 2025; in the Public Works office, 303 W 4th St N, Suite 501, Newton, IA  50208. Sealed proposals will be opened and bids tabulated at 11:00 am on October 23rd, 2025, in the Public Works office, 303 W 4th St N, Suite 501, Newton, IA, for consideration by the Newton City Council at its meeting on November 6th, 2025; at the Newton City Council Chambers.  The City of Newton reserves the right to reject any and all bids. 2025 City of Newton Camera Project The 2025 City of Newton Camera Project is a public improvement project project aimed at enhancing the safety and security within the City of Newton.  The base bid is for the installation of network fiber to all camera locations and installation and setup of 103 camera at 16 sites throughout the city.
