PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

2025 COMMERCIAL STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT

REGARDING: The City Council of the City of St. Louis Park will conduct a public hearing related to the 2025 Commercial Street Rehabilitation project, located in the Wolfe Park neighborhood, including Raleigh Avenue and 35th Street. Staff will present the details of the final plan along with recommendations to the city council. The city council will vote at the February 3, 2025 city council meeting to approve the project as recommended or approve a modified project based on resident feedback.

WHEN: Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 6:15 p.m.

WHERE: St. Louis Park City Hall Council Chambers - 5005 Minnetonka Boulevard
