Description

The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure mission-critical anti-exposure suits. This is a brand-name only requirement for the following specific item:

• Product: AeroStar OTS Suit


• Part Number (P/N): 601GBR006


• Quantity: 29


• Sizes: See Attachment 1

No substitutions or "or equal" items will be considered. Offerors must provide the exact part number specified above to be deemed technically acceptable.

• Basis for Award: The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical and Price Factors will utilized.


• Delivery: Required delivery is FOB Destination to Ellsworth AFB, SD, no later than 60 days after contract award.
